Pet Policy
Founder's Park is a pet-friendly community! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each apartment home. A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required per pet in addition to $50/month pet rent per pet. Please contact our office for additional information regarding breed and weight restrictions.
